THE BATMAN


ENGLISH REVIEW

We open on the sound of duct tape and the Warner Brother  and DC logo stylized slightly different from normal im guessing that they change it slightly each time. A scary tapped up guy with what looks like "NO MORE LIES" I wonder what he did? We enter a crime scene from Batman's view where we see Commissioner Gordon and Batman walking through a crowd of FBI agents. Beautiful lighting. Then a menacing "from your secret friend".

Great Batman suit and I'm starting to think good casting for The Batman, but we shall see a little product placement and what looks like Cat woman is back with a better suit than her past iterations. You got to like the Who are you mini fight. An underwhelming Batmobile this time around still badass just too realistic for me. Judging by the car, the actor and the lack of battechnology we are getting a Batman who is at the beginning of his Career. Which honestly is a niche that we haven't seen before that will be interesting to watch.

Judging by the many messages or clues we will also see the Riddler which is a different take. I was expecting another Joker but I'm glad we aren't getting another one, we don't need one for a few years. I wonder if we will get sequels and if so will we get some B-lister villain who knows I hope you liked my review.

SPANISH REVIEW

Primero que nada, yo no sé casi nada de DC comics, Batman ni nada por el estilo. Me gustan algunas películas y ya. Así que básicamente voy a decir un poco lo que me salga del orto como una persona que quiere ver esta película y le gusta el tráiler. Eso es todo.

Esta película está basada en "The Long Halloween" en esta historia Batman se encarga de descifrar un asesinato en la noche de Halloween, y va por la ciudad descartando sospechosos. Esto significa que veremos a más de un villano en la película, y hasta ahora parece que no hay ningún Joker (menos mal porque ya me estaba cansando). 

No me sorprendería si pasamos muy poco tiempo con algunos antagonistas, mi única preocupación es que no se haga lo suficiente con el tiempo que tengamos, no quiero pasar tiempo con un personaje que voy a olvidar cuando termine la película. 

Por otro lado, veremos mucho más presentes las habilidades de Batman no solo como luchador, sino también como detective (por lo menos de manera más evidente que en películas anteriores), estoy bastante emocionada por verlo y me parece una faceta que podría ser muy interesante explorar del personaje que ya conocemos.

Con respecto al tráiler no tengo mucho que decir. Funciona, la música especialmente me gusta, es bastante diferente a otras que he escuchado en otros tráilers de Batman. Es mucho más suave, con algunas tomas sin ningún tipo de música de fondo, la verdad me gustó.

Y lo último que me gustaría mencionar es que, al parecer, a pesar de que esta película se sitúa en los inicios de la trayectoria de Batman como el héroe de Gotham no se va a dedicar tiempo a presentar a los demás personajes. Van a ser villanos o personajes secundarios ya establecidos que simplemente vamos a explorar junto al protagonista (según tengo entendido, no he visto la película así que nada es seguro aun). Algunos villanos que se rumoran pueden aparecer (algunos confirmados otros no) son:

  •          Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin (Colin Farrell)
  •          Edward Nashton/The Riddler (Paul Dano)
  •          Catwoman (Zoë Kravitz)
  •          Two Face (solo se rumora de su aparición)
  •          Firefly (solo se rumora de su aparición)
